LOUISVILLE, Ky., March 26, 2008 – Honeywell (NYSE: HON) announced today that its Pro-Watch® Security Management System has been integrated with the Vindicator®
V5 security platform, one of the most widely used security solutions in the critical infrastructure segment. Pro-Watch Vindicator Edition allows customers to secure facilities such as government and military installations, and manage intrusion detection, access control and video surveillance from a single-user interface.
The system’s features include an advanced graphic user interface that streamlines administrative processes, integration with Honeywell’s next-generation video management system, compatibility with the company’s LobbyWorks™ Visitor Management System and built-in
FIPS 201 compliance.

The new solution allows current Vindicator users to continue using V5-based systems such as Badge Manager 2.0 and the
V5 Access Control Solution (ACS) while incorporating Pro-Watch’s advanced functionality. The single, consolidated interface improves ease-of-use while integration with video management enables users to combine video surveillance and event-based access control capabilities. For example, customers can now use the system for video verification of cardholders.
Additionally, Pro-Watch Vindicator Edition integrates with IT security measures for data privacy, and the solution features reporting functions that help organizations comply with industry and federal regulations. Honeywell will demonstrate Pro-Watch® Vindicator® Edition at ISC West 2008 in April.
